La Tempête des Tropiques: 'Present at the N'Djamena Forum: Félix Tshisekedi advocates for integrated African water management'

Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi arrived in N'Djamena on July 15, 2026, for the African Water Forum. He urged African leaders to break with sectoral management and make water a lever for industrialization. Tshisekedi reaffirmed the DRC's goal of achieving 60% access to clean water by 2035 and proposed five investment axes. The World Bank also issued a communiqué on the forum.
