Soft power of SMEs and local content: A fair in Abidjan to accelerate industrialization

On June 6, 2026, Abidjan will host the Economic Fair for SMEs & Local Content, bringing together 40 women-led businesses and over 500 visitors. This event aims to promote local content, strengthen Ivorian economic soft power, and accelerate industrialization. Discussions will focus on key topics such as packaging, formalization, and land access, which are essential for SME development. The fair is part of the ongoing Forum on Economy & Governance, aiming to implement the recommendations from the White Paper.
