Palace: The two top-secret but unanswered letters from the Khalife of Ndiassane to President Diomaye

The Khalife General of Ndiassane, Cheikh Bou Sidy Makhtar Kounta, sent two letters to President Bassirou Diomaye Faye denouncing the spoliation of the Kounta family's lands.
