2027: Adebayo emerges SDP sole presidential candidate

At the SDP national convention held in Bauchi, Adewale Adebayo was elected as the sole presidential candidate for the 2027 elections. The motion was presented by Femi Olaniyi Farrari, the party's state chairmen chairman, and was endorsed by all delegates. The convention also saw the election of new national leaders, including Chief Lekan Alabi as Leader of Persons With Disability and Mrs Rosemary Ediom as National Welfare Officer.
