How village diplomacy, consultations saved Land Use Act against opposition – Obasanjo

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo recounted how he personally intervened to overcome widespread opposition to the Land Use Act. He visited villages in Oyo State early in the morning to explain the policy to Agbekoya leaders, diffusing tensions.
