“Whatever the hardships”: Keylor goes to the Urban Security Department after complaint

Papa Saliou Ciss, known as “Keylor,” a content creator described as a nationalist and close to MP Papa Tahirou Sarr, is the subject of a complaint by a group of shopkeepers. He is accused of filming people in the streets of Dakar. After attending an initial interview the previous day, he said on Thursday that he was going to the Urban Security Department for a confrontation after being called to report immediately. He said he remained calm and determined and would continue to defend causes he considers to be in the public interest.
