The President of the Republic has entrusted urban hygiene to the National Service, which will apply paramilitary discipline. A multidisciplinary team including experts from interior, Defense, urban planning, and environment will work with the National Service. The government also approved the National Program for Waste Management and Valorization for recycling and transforming waste into resources.
