United States: Tracing the 171 billion FCFA from Cybastion for the State of Senegal

On September 14, Senegalese President Bassirou Diomaye Faye met with a delegation from Cybastion, led by Thierry Wandji, in Washington. The company announced the mobilization of 300 million dollars for digitalization projects in Senegal, including cybersecurity and technology transfer. However, these funds are not yet finalized and depend on future agreements. Cybastion, co-founded by Wandji in 2019, has already secured digital security contracts in several Francophone countries.
