TUC asks DSS to arrest alleged ASCSN impersonators, warns of legal action

The Trade Union Congress (TUC) has asked the Department of State Services (DSS) to arrest individuals impersonating the leadership of its affiliate union, the Association of Senior Civil Servants of Nigeria (ASCSN). TUC Secretary-General Nuhu Toro stated that the union only recognizes Shehu Mohammed's leadership, pending the Court of Appeal’s judgment. The TUC emphasized that the impostors rely on a lower court judgment that is under appeal and urged security agencies to investigate and take action against these illegal acts.
