Air Sénégal explains why 30 Senegalese pilgrims missed their return flight

Air Sénégal stated that 30 pilgrims from Aïcha Travel missed the return flight XY9258 because their passports were left with the bus driver and not returned in time. A logistics vehicle was sent to retrieve the documents, but they arrived too late as the plane had already begun pushback. The airline set up a crisis cell and coordinated with the General Delegation for the Pilgrimage to assist the travelers.
