At the May 9 Parade in Moscow, Putin Calls NATO an 'Aggressive Force'

Russian President Vladimir Putin stated during the Victory Day parade in Moscow that NATO supports Ukraine against Russia, labeling the alliance as an aggressive force. For the first time, North Korean soldiers marched alongside Russian forces, highlighting the military rapprochement between Moscow and Pyongyang.
