Inside the Madlanga Commission: Witness I's testimony on staying at Cat Matlala’s residence

The Madlanga Commission heard on Wednesday that a Hawks officer, Witness I, lived for two years at the family home of businessman Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala in Mamelodi after an assassination attempt. Witness I testified that Captain Faleni Zungu arranged the stay without his knowledge of Matlala's ownership. He stated he had no direct contact with Matlala during that time. This disclosure is part of the probe into the R300 million Aeroton drug bust.
