Hisbah detains 23 foreign nationals for investigation

The Kebbi Hisbah Board arrested a man and a woman at Filin Idi, Birnin Kebbi, for immoral acts. During the operation, seven suspected drug addicts were also apprehended, while other suspects escaped. Additionally, 23 non-Nigerians found roaming without meaningful engagement were handed over to the Hisbah Board by the Nigeria Immigration Service for further investigation.
