Kenya: Commonwealth calls on its members to ratify the High Seas Treaty

At the Commonwealth Oceans Ministers roundtable in Kenya, John Kerry praised the High Seas Treaty in force since January but noted that only 3% of oceans have high or full protection. African and Commonwealth countries urged rapid implementation of this historic treaty for high seas protection.
