Beugré Mambé and Téné Birahima Ouattara: Who is Who and Who Does What at the Top of the State?

Decree n° 2026-84 published by President Alassane Ouattara clarifies roles within the Ivorian government. Robert Beugré Mambé, as the orchestrator, coordinates government activity and supervises decentralization. Téné Birahima Ouattara, the Deputy Prime Minister, expands his responsibilities by assisting Mambé and managing defense and security issues, including the restructuring of the Defense Forces.
