Turkey: Mohamed Salah, a pharaoh at the heart of Trabzonspor’s revival

Mohamed Salah’s arrival at Trabzonspor after his time at Liverpool has drawn attention to the club and the Turkish city on the Black Sea. The 34-year-old Egyptian forward is already making headlines in the Süper Lig. Supporter Sinan Mor says fans are delighted to have Salah and hopes the club will win the league with him. A mural dedicated to Salah, painted with contributions from 100 to 150 tourists, celebrates the player and welcomes Arab and Egyptian visitors.
