President Bola Tinubu's Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, has filed a lawsuit against the purported Director General of the Presidential Foreign Promotion Council, Adeniyi Adeyemi, for defamation. He is seeking N10 billion in general damages, N5 billion in aggravated damages, N200 million in legal costs, and an order compelling Adeyemi to publish a full retraction and apology in five national newspapers.
