Civil Fraud: Bébé Diène's Guardian Sent to Prison, Boy Kaïré Mentioned in the Case

The investigation into civil fraud in Wakhinane-Nimzatt has led to the incarceration of Boubacar Thiam, guardian of wrestler Bébé Diène, suspected of document forgery. Thiam was placed under arrest by the judge of the Pikine-Guédiawaye court on May 8, 2026. He claimed to have acted in good faith at the request of Boy Kaïré and the late Mor Niang, due to Bébé Diène's athletic potential. Nine of the eleven individuals apprehended in this case are in provisional detention.
