Conflicts: Over 1,000 Humanitarians Killed in Three Years, Warns UN

Over 1,000 humanitarian workers have been killed in conflict zones over the past three years, nearly triple the number from the previous three years. The majority of deaths occurred in the Palestinian territories, with over 560 victims, followed by Sudan and South Sudan.
