On July 15, 2026, in Abidjan-Cocody, the Minister of Interior and Security, General Vagondo Diomandé, officially handed over 26 new vehicles to the National Office of Civil Protection (ONPC). This donation, valued at 2.675 billion FCFA, includes a mobile command post, light pump trucks, fire tankers, ambulances, and liaison vehicles. The aim is to improve response times and operational capacity of emergency services across the country.
