DRC: The Citizen Alliance Requests OFAC Review of Bank of Kigali's Agreement with Chinese CIPS System

Signed on September 8 in Xiamen, this agreement raises concerns about financial mechanisms being used to support entities targeted by US sanctions, including those involved in illicit mineral trade. The AP requests OFAC to review these transactions, identify the beneficiaries, and monitor financial flows related to conflict-affected minerals.
