Dementia: the benefits of coffee and tea highlighted by a study

A study conducted by Mass General Brigham, Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health, MIT, and Broad Institute revealed a link between coffee and tea consumption and reduced dementia risk. Among over 131,821 participants followed for several decades, 11,033 cases of dementia were recorded, representing about 8.4% of the population. Regular caffeine consumers showed an 18% reduced risk of dementia compared to those who rarely consume it.
