Douala: Accused of Rape, a Man Escapes Death

A man was accused of attempting to rape a 3-year-old girl in Ndogpassi 2, Douala, inciting the anger of local residents. Armed with clubs, they blocked access to the neighborhood and located the suspect, who was violently attacked by the crowd. Security forces struggled to intervene, finding a severely injured man upon their arrival. An investigation has been launched to clarify the incident.
