Driving Licenses and Car Registration: DGTTC Implements Provisional Documents from June 15

On June 12, 2026, the General Directorate of Land Transport and Traffic (DGTTC) announced the introduction of provisional documents for driving licenses, car registrations, transport cards, and transporter cards, effective June 15. These titles, valid for 30 days, are issued to users who have already met all requirements for the definitive document. The DGTTC instructed law enforcement to accept these provisional documents during road checks.
