El-Rufai’s fate on hold as court adjourns bail hearing, co-defendant walks free

The Kaduna State High Court has adjourned the bail hearing for former Governor Malam Nasir El-Rufai until tomorrow. His lawyer, Ubong Akpan, stated that the charges were amended, leaving only El-Rufai as the defendant. El-Rufai is facing allegations of financial misappropriation and money laundering, having been detained by the DSS before being handed over to the ICPC.
