Equipping youth to excel, not just survive, in global labour markets

Over the past three years, the Kenyan government has signed bilateral labor agreements, placing over 450,000 Kenyans in jobs abroad. However, many Kenyan expatriates, unprepared for professional and cultural demands, often find themselves in low-skilled jobs. To improve this situation, it is essential to shift from labor export to preparing qualified professionals, while integrating language skills and soft skills into school curricula.
