Fatima Bio: Council takes possession of property linked to First Lady

Southwark Council has confirmed it has taken possession of a council property linked to Sierra Leone's First Lady, Fatima Bio, following a year-long investigation. Bio defended retaining the south London flat, stating she pays for it herself and her children are British citizens. The council will allocate the property to a family in genuine housing need, without alleging criminal wrongdoing.
