Anambra APC sets up reconciliation committee, ratifies expulsion of seven members

The Anambra State chapter of the APC has set up a five-man reconciliation committee headed by Chief Obi Onwuachu, mandated to reconcile all aggrieved members after the primaries. The party also ratified the expulsion of seven recalcitrant members who took the party to court in defiance of the APC constitution. Additionally, the senatorial candidates were announced: Chibuogwu Benson-Oraelosi for the South zone, Ngozi Kene-Chiedu for the Central, and Kingsley Nnalue for the North. State chairman Senator Emma Anosike declared that the party will do everything to ensure President Bola Tinubu wins the 2027 presidential election in Anambra.
