Thirty-four gendarmerie officers from nine African countries (Congo, Cameroon, Gabon, Senegal, Central African Republic, Madagascar, Ivory Coast) received their certificates on June 5, 2026 at the Toroguhé Gendarmerie School after five months of training. Corps General Apalo Touré presided over the ceremony and urged the new commanders to uphold integrity, responsibility, and exemplarity, warning them against corruption.
