FG cracks down on illegal mining, arrests two suspects in Osun

The Federal Government of Nigeria arrested two suspects, Danladi Isa and Musa Kabiru, during a crackdown on illegal mining in Osun State. The operation, led by the Federal Ministry of Solid Minerals Development in collaboration with security agencies, targeted illegal mining camps at Ileki-Ijesa. Items including motorcycles, generators, and pumps were seized, and the site was sealed. The suspects are providing information to identify their sponsors.
