Grand-Médine: a policeman bitten during an operation, three individuals arrested including an agent of Lonase

During an operation on April 25, 2026, in Grand-Médine, police arrested three individuals, including K. Tall, a cashier at Lonase, who was found in possession of cannabis. Two other suspects, P. M. Cissé and M. Diop, attempted to flee but were apprehended. M. Diop bit a police officer, S. I. Pouye, during his arrest. The three suspects are charged with drug possession, rebellion, and violence against a law enforcement officer.
