Guinaw-Rails: A 19-year-old barber arrested for sequestering and raping a 16-year-old minor

A 19-year-old barber, identified by the initials A. O. Sylla, was arrested in Guinaw-Rails for sequestering and raping a 16-year-old girl. Police freed the victim after a shopkeeper alerted them. The suspect admitted to having a relationship with the minor and to having had six sexual encounters with her during her captivity. A medical certificate from the Dominique de Pikine Health Center confirms the rapes. The investigation is ongoing.
