APR reorganizes and bets on modernization to prepare for the political future

After losing power in 2024, Macky Sall’s Alliance for the Republic (APR) plans to reform its internal operations and rebuild its political momentum. The party will establish a Monitoring, Evaluation and Quality Committee to assess its structures, implementation of decisions and members’ participation, and is also seeking ISO 9001 certification. It plans to renew some teams, revitalize local branches and remobilize members to strengthen its presence across the country. The APR aims to become a major political force again, drawing on its governing experience, territorial network and a renewed political platform.
