On April 7, the National Assembly deemed admissible two bills for the ratification of loan agreements between the Democratic Republic of the Congo and BADEA, totaling 150 million dollars. These agreements include the Inclusive and Resilient Rural Development Support Program (PADRIR) and the Agricultural SME Incubator Implementation Project (PIIPME). PADRIR, funded with 70 million USD, aims to rehabilitate 980 kilometers of roads and build social infrastructure in several provinces. PIIPME, costing 16 million USD, focuses on job creation in the agricultural sector.
