Babacar Ndiaye, 23, was arrested in Kaolack for raping and impregnating a 16-year-old deaf-mute girl, N. F. Top. According to her father, E. S. Top, Ndiaye forcibly took his daughter after school to have sexual relations with her. The merchant claims their relationship was consensual and that he had sex with her multiple times. A medical certificate confirms that the victim is eight weeks and five days pregnant.
