Signing of an ENA-BCNUDH agreement to curb administrative abuses

The National School of Administration (ENA) and the United Nations Joint Human Rights Office (BCNUDH) signed a partnership agreement on Friday, June 5, 2026, in Kinshasa. The agreement aims to strengthen training for future Congolese administrators in human rights, governance, and protection of vulnerable communities. It includes seminars, technical assistance, and the integration of modules on human rights, transitional justice, and gender into the ENA curriculum. The goal is to curb administrative abuses and enhance transparency and public accountability.
