KACRAN laments rising insecurity, charges farmers, herders to protect farmlands, grazing routes

As Nigeria enters the 2026/2027 farming season, KACRAN has appealed to pastoralists and farmers to protect farmlands, grazing reserves, and cattle routes to safeguard peace and food security. National President Hon. Khalil Mohd Bello lamented rising fuel prices and insecurity disrupting agricultural production. He commended Yobe State Governor Mai Mala Buni for reducing tractor hiring costs and reclaiming grazing reserves.
