KICD Orders Schools to Submit New Learner Data to Fix Book Crisis

The Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) has requested school heads to submit a new list of grade 10 learners due to a shortage of textbooks. Director Charles Ong'ondo Ochieng stated that the current data lacks essential information about the subjects being studied, complicating book distribution. Additionally, the government plans to merge schools with low grade 10 admissions to enhance the efficiency of educational institutions.
