Russia is working to reroute grain shipments from the Sea of Azov after Ukrainian attacks on its vessels. Ukrainian commander Robert Brovdi claimed 11 Russian ships, including five tankers, were hit in overnight strikes. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov accused Ukraine of 'terrorism'. The attacks come as Ukraine scales up long-range strikes on Russian oil refineries, causing a fuel crisis.
