Rivers High Court suspends sitting for annual vacation

The Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Chibuzor-Amadi, announced that judges of the state High Court will proceed on annual vacation from July 20. Normal court sittings will resume on September 16. Vacation judges will be appointed to handle urgent cases. The break is in line with the High Court's Civil Procedure Rules.
