Police arrest two suspected kidnappers, cattle rustlers in Yobe

The Yobe State Police Command arrested two suspects, Kollo Kashim and Hussaini Umar, involved in kidnapping and cattle rustling. Kashim impersonated Boko Haram terrorists to extort herders, while Umar was part of a criminal syndicate in Plateau State. The arrests were made by the Violent Crime Response Unit (VCRU).
