Police unseal PDP headquarters, enforce court order

The Nigeria Police Force has unsealed the National Secretariat of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) at Wadata Plaza, Abuja, returning control to National Chairman Hon. Abdulrahman Takushara and National Secretary Senator Samuel Anyanwu in compliance with court orders. This move ends a standoff within the party and indicates that the Nyesom Wike-aligned leadership has regained control. The PDP also warned against any future disruptions at the secretariat.
