NBA position proves courts interfering in party matters – ADC

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) stated that the Nigerian Bar Association's (NBA) position supports its claim that the law is being violated in its ongoing leadership dispute. The party accused some individuals of abusing court processes to create confusion and warned that any court orders obtained in violation of the law are fundamentally defective. The ADC also urged the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to remain neutral to protect the integrity of the democratic process.
