Presidency approves NCC’s bid to review NCA 2003

The Nigerian presidency has approved the Nigerian Communications Commission's (NCC) request to review the Nigerian Communications Act of 2003. Hadiza Usman, Special Adviser to the President, emphasized that outdated policies hinder the competitiveness of the country's digital economy. She also stressed the need for stronger collaboration among federal and state institutions to improve digital access and consumer protection.
