Equatorial Guinea's government has resigned after achieving only 10% of its targets, Vice-President Teodoro Nguema Obiang Mangue said. Prime Minister Manuel Osa Nsue Nsua resigned along with all members. President Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, the world's longest-serving leader, noted the government fostered corruption and failed to diversify the economy. A new government is expected to be appointed.
