Morocco recorded the fastest growth in millionaire population in Africa in 2025, with a 16.8% increase, according to Capgemini's World Wealth Report. Africa overall saw its wealthy population grow by 4.1%, while the Middle East declined by 1.4%. Global wealth of high-net-worth individuals reached $98.3 trillion. Capgemini attributes the growth to rising precious metals prices, Morocco's financial services expansion, and real estate gains in Casablanca and Marrakech.
