Rwanda Rejects HRW Allegations in 'Selective' DR Congo Report

The Rwandan government has rejected allegations from a Human Rights Watch report published on June 10, which accuses Rwanda and the M23 of arbitrary detention, killings, and forced recruitment. Kigali accuses HRW of selective scrutiny that downplays abuses by Congolese forces and their allies, including the FDLR.
