Kwara fire service saves shops from midnight fire

Kwara State firefighters extinguished a fire early Wednesday at a commercial building in Tanke, Ilorin, saving six shops. The fire, caused by a power surge, destroyed only one kiosk. Fire service director Alabi Muhammed commended the rapid response and advised using surge protectors.
