Tinubu-Shettima ticket created to defraud Nigerians — Adebayo

Prince Adewole Adebayo, candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) for the 2027 presidential election, called the Muslim-Muslim ticket of President Bola Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima a 'zero-zero ticket', claiming it was designed to exploit religious sentiments and defraud Nigerians. Speaking on Arise Television, Adebayo argued that Islam requires justice and competence from its leaders, not religious identity. He added that many Nigerian Muslims now see the ticket as a failure, as it has not delivered the expected benefits.
