The Federal High Court in Abuja adjourned indefinitely the suit filed by Nafiu-Bala Gombe regarding the leadership dispute in the African Democratic Party (ADC). Judge Emeka Nwite made this decision after hearing arguments from both parties, noting that the plaintiff had not provided a certified copy of the Supreme Court judgment. Gombe, the former National Deputy Chairman of ADC, had requested the transfer of his case to another judge, but this request had not been communicated to the defendant.
